Cannot connect to instance not owner of instance exiting map dc LOOT WIPED x2

Yea last couple of days having wierd connection issues around this time, it wiped my portals and ate my juice yesterday, and today i just had 2 maps in short succession where, upon exiting the map, this issue occurs, eventually i get dced, when i get back in all my loot is gone, but its not even a roll back because my map and scarabs are also gone. Wtf is this utter joke? Take your stuff and don't even give you back the stuff you used to get it like a roll back would.

Hell I can't even load my main character. I get stuck on the loading screen for Chimeral Wetlands every time. I messaged Customer Support and they won't help. I deleted and reinstalled the game and that didn't work. I have a lot of gear on that character and now I'm lost as to what I can do.
