Was my account just hacked?

I created an account via steam. I got unexpectedly logged out in the middle of a game and when I tried to log back in I got a message that said something along the lines of "unusual activity, you are currently logged in somewhere else. session terminated". There hasn't been any unusual activity on my steam account and I have 2FA enabled and haven't received any unexpected 2FA codes. Am I safe to log back in to the game?
