Path of exile 2 disconnected in act 3 town

Hello! I have encountered a problem in POE2, please help me solve it. My client closes automatically when trying to log in to the POE2 deadkussokspec character. I logged into the game, clicked teleport to the city of the third act, and the client closed itself. I tried changing the language of the game, the render from nvidia to vulkan and back, changed the login server - nothing helps, the game client it continues to close. Then I created another character and started playing it without any problems. But my main character in this league is still not available to me.
