[POE2] - Crash To Desktop On Loading In Specific Areas

^As in title^

THE GAME WAS WORKING FINE WHOLE DECEMBER THEN THE PERFORMANCE/CRASHES STARTED OCCURING - NOW THIS LEAGUE THE FOLLOWING ISSUES ARE BEING ENCOUNTERED

So I have been having difficulties loading into locations as often after not playing for ~30 mins I manage to log into the game and run for a couple of seconds in-game before it crashes me to desktop. After that if I try logging in again, I pick my character and try playing, the game crashes on loading screen

This has also happened to me in the following areas -

Sandswept Marsh - (as soon as I reached the green-ish area of the map and I was then stuck in the loading screen loop)

Chimeral Wetlands - Since the start of the map

TRIED:

- Changing renderers to all other ones
- Default game settings
- Verifying Steam files
- Utilising Battle Encoder Shirase 1.7.9 to limit CPU usage
- Utilising PoEUncrasher to limit CPU usage
- Utilising Process Lasso to limit CPU usage
- Changing resolutions and FPS caps in-game
- Updating Drivers for GPU
- Verifying Steam Cache


EDIT 1 - How I currently manage to SOMETIMES play? - Keep trying to log-in and start playing with hopes for it to work which SOMETIMES works but significant majority of the time it just DOES NOT WORK.

EDIT 2 - Steam Files verification seems to temporarily fix crashes but now there is server disconnection issue that rolls back exp, items, checkpoints and most recent kill/s of bosses and uniques too (1-5 minutes rollback).

EDIT 3 - Back to square one - AGAIN random PC shutdowns/restarts and keeping in peripherals check loop aka CPU-GPU-RAM and restart infinately.

THE ABOVE WILL BE UPDATED WITH NEW FINDINGS/SOLUTIONS AND MY OWN EXPERIMENTS TO FIX THE ISSUE BUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POST YOUR FINDINGS
