Why was I muted in chat?

I am just wondering why I was muted in chat. People were complaining about the recent update and kept saying that they were going to quit the game. Someone commented about the amount of people who sit there for months crying about the game without actually quitting. I typed this, [Removed by Support]

I was muted in chat for 10 minutes, which isn't an issue to be muted, but why did I get muted when in chat you can swear, call people names, etc.? It says to contact support, but I can't send an email to support; I have to make a thread. Are y'all just being told by Tencent to censor us to the point that you can't even mention a current/former president, yet I could spew vulgarities until my hearts' content? I'm just trying to see how/what cause me to be muted from that comment.
