Unrelated linked account

My friend has an unrelated account linked to his xbox account; he can play with his account, but has another one (not his own) on GGG website. He logout, reconnects with his email and password and still login has an unknown account. Result, he’s stuck with someone else’s account, lost his microtransaction points and can’t trade items
