PSN and Thaumaturge Of The Vaal Pact

Hello GGG,
I spent $166.33 for the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack on December 2nd, 2024. I am yet to be able to use it on my account. I know you guys are overwhelmed, I get that. I just want to know if it's going to be usable on my account by FULL launch? I originally PRE-ORDER bought this pack for two reasons being: 1. It did not say on the website that was going to be unavailable on the PlayStation store:  2. It had a T-Shirt and I really liked the looks of the pack which I cannot even show in game yet! Kind of wish I could show how cool this looks in game to others but I get all red in the Cosmetics sections still): Helm  Armor  Gloves  Boots  Attachment  Wand Skin  And MORE, including previous packs that were promised. It's been five months, and I have been very patient waiting in good faith. Considering I don't know if I am ever getting these things I paid for, I think that's pretty patient to just get an acknowledgement that it will happen. Please contact me via email or here on site messaging since I am playing again; or just enable it so I can have my looks on Playstation 5. I think you purchased a PC pack, as the console versions of the packs don't come with physical items. This would also explain why the cosmetic items are not usable - purchases made outside of PlayStation are not usable while playing on PlayStation (and purchases made through PlayStation are not usable outside of PlayStation).
You'd need to purchase the PlayStation Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack if you want to access those cosmetics while playing on PlayStation. |
