Guys is this for real? I've now logged in to check whenever I've got any pm from the support, but it seems that's still not the case.
For goodness sake, I did what I was asked to via email last December without any reply whatsoever. I simply want my email address changed, including closing other account - created during my steam poe2 purchase. Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 7:09:08 AM

Don't get me wrong Drew, but it's already 3 months. If I did something like that in my line of work, I'd already be kicked out. It's unacceptable.

Same thing is happening to me. I sent a message in global and without warning was instantly (and it seems like indefinitely) locked out of my account. Sent an email 2 months ago and no repy. I might as well get a job with grinding gear and unlock my account that way. It feels like it would be quicker. Have you gotten any response for your account yet?

" No, nothing and I expect nothing changes if there will be no shake up in the whole support department. I for one won't be supporting GGG by buying any additional content. How is it possible that there are tickets unresolved for over 3 months. It's mind-boggling that You've even got to this state guys. Get it together as no other company works this way. Even Relic could respond to an email to their DoW 2 game from 2009 with a proper solution across the board after 2 weeks! |

Lol, December is not that bad at all. I am waiting with similar case since October 🤣. They did contact me several times though asking for some 'validation information' which I have already provided earlier. Not sure even if there are any real support folks there at all or is it some automated service because all their messages look very generic, especially asking for the same info over and over again.
