Help me pls

I bought points from the site and I bought 6 packs of stash tab and mysterious chest but it doesn't appear in the game (poe2 doh) I sent countless emails to technical support and no one helps me. Please, is there really no one able to solve this problem?

You may have a different POE account linked to steam than the one you use on the website. If that's the case than you wasted your money and the company doesn't offer refunds. If your steam account is linked to the website then i'm not sure and you have to talk to support. Oops I mean send a message to their email and wait 8 months for a reply that never ends up coming. If I were you I would look for a way to link your steam to the account you use on the website. Good Luck
