No Support on MTX Transfer – Seeking Closure

I’m posting here because I have received little to no support via email regarding my MTX transfer from POE 1 to POE 2, despite trying multiple times over the past months. Here’s a quick summary of what has happened so far: I initially reached out through email and received responses from two different support agents. Both asked me for validation details (character names, account names, etc.), which I provided carefully. I even went through the trouble of recovering old transaction screenshots from 2013–2015, something that's quite a hassle after so many years. After providing everything they asked for, communication went completely silent. No follow-up, no answer. Every time I reply with the requested information, I just get radio silence. Meanwhile, I purchased early access for myself and two friends, encouraging them to try what I believe is a much better ARPG than what we were previously playing. Because there was no support or clarity, I ended up buying stash tabs again just to play properly. I even upgraded my early access package to the next tier because I genuinely love the game. One of the big selling points for me was the promise that we could carry over our MTX from POE 1 to POE 2. That promise, unfortunately, feels broken right now. And frankly, it feels like because I'm seen as a "willing paying customer," my unresolved issue isn’t being treated as a priority anymore. At this point, I would even appreciate a simple "No, we can't transfer your MTX"; at least it would give me closure. But being left without any answer after being asked twice for validations feels really wrong. I understand you’re managing a huge player base right now, and that’s fine, but why ask me for all that information just to ignore me afterward? So to be clear: Will I or will I not be able to transfer my MTX to POE 2? Now that 0.2 is out and you mention that some cosmetics may work, is there any path for me to use my old MTX on Xbox?
