Poe 2 crashes instantly on launch

When I boot up Poe 2 a black screen briefly appears then closes, I looked at the event log and saw this error

I am in the same situation as well after trying everything I could find. It started out as "Exception Get adapterinfo" error. Now it just does the black screen.

" I would suggest completely uninstalling the game on Steam. Go into your library directory and make sure there are no leftover files/folders for POE2. Then reinstall the game fresh and try again. I reverted my windows 11 back to windows 10 and now the game launches fine
