GGG support - embarrassing level
Sorry but i am pissed.
I love the game but your support is not working good. I am still waiting for a response from your support team since January 11, 2025, when you requested the receipts for my payments. I sent those receipts just 40 minutes after receiving your email. Despite that, as of today, April 4th, I have yet to receive a reply. It has been three months—surely this is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a response. It’s quite embarrassing that your support takes so long to address such inquiries.
