Merging Accounts

I had two POE 1 accounts, both with some purchased stash tabs/etc.

I now play on just on one of the accounts (on my PC), and the other (on xbox) is not utilized.

I am wondering how everything works when accounts are merged. If I merge the Xbox account to my PC account, will the stash tabs from my Xbox account get added to my current PC stash tabs?

No, just simply linking/merging does almost nothing but puts both accounts as sub-accounts. You can now use your pc sub-account on Xbox and vice versa but all stashes and cosmetics will be tied to each sub-account.

If you want to actually transfer Mtx (cosmetics and stashes not points) from your Xbox to pc you do actually have to contact support. Ask for the one time Mtx transfer but sadly the catch is you're gonna be waiting MONTHS for it as I'm currently over 4 months(134-135 days) waiting for this transfer.

If you do contact them first link/merge your accounts then in email send them both accounts with #decrimnator numbers. Tell them which account you want the transfer from and to also a few characters names from each account. In the same email send them proof by taking some screen shots of purchases from Xbox. I sent a few transactions from Xbox and also from GGG with purchase dates cost and transaction numbers. This should help with some back and forth but it will still take months good luck.


Edit: also after linking/merging if you sign in and it looks like you lost everything just make a new character and log out to character select screen and you should then see a drop down menu top right just switch sub-accounts and you should be good to go :)
