game freezes and hardcore character die

hello, Im played in são paolo server 31/03/2025 1:45am when the game freezes when I enter the boss arena shavrone belly beast, few seconds freezed and my char in hardcore died.

I no want restore nothing, just reporting how trash is the conection with São Paolo gateway, in moment with this happened only the ms was 20x more than normal.
