Failed to connect to instance in ANY account

As the title says, i cant login anymore to the game. I can select server (which I cant see the ping anymore), log in to character selection, then when the map is loading i get this error. And this is happening in any account that I log on steam and to the game. This started to happen after I've tried to link my PoE account to The forbidden Throve Discord via oauth. The process failed multiple times, I gave up, and this error showed up. Has anybody went through this before? Tried to send an email to the support but they auto-replied me that they're short on staff and couldnt help me.
