Why is there no reply I have been waiting since december

My ticket has been open for ages and got 2 replies with a copy pasta asking for details about my payment. I send them and 2 months later I get asked the same question in the ticket.
Your support is not solving anything, I would like to finaly get stuff resolved please. I have been waiting for over 4 months now. I feel like you guys stole my money at this point. What is happening with the support, ggg hired more staff without result. Any word would be nice. Last bumped on Mar 28, 2025, 12:55:07 PM
