I cant get my drops?

I tried to get my drop and result is I am told on the page to d-link then link again and its not working anyone?

I got my drop but I cant find my drop in-game...at least not in Poe1.
Please don't tell me its an Poe2-only mtx. This decision would perfectly match my feelings about PoE2 right now. |
