Sync issue between PS5 and PC

My PC account is linked with my PS5 account.

The account itself shows this as well.

However when I open up the PS5 it requests me to create a new character, and my current PC characters are not visible.

Please, could you guide what to do?

PoE1 isn't cross-play, so you can't use your PC PoE1 characters while playing on PS nor vice-versa.
