has anyone gotten any help or feedback from support in the last ~4 months?

Hi all,

I've bought the game for steam and xbox. I had an old PoE1 account on xbox the coins were assigned to, while the steam coins were assigned to the new account I made. I "fused" them to 2 subaccounts under the same main account and contacted support December 7, asking them if they could move the coins from the inactive subaccount to the active subaccount.

December 29 they did get back to me, assuring me that this would not be a problem and asking for some account details for me to confirm ownership of those accounts.

Ever since: nothing.

Like, I get support had lots of stuff to do in the early weeks, that's also what mods here tell me every time I ask in this forum: please be patient.

How much more patient do I have to be?


I did write them another email 1 week ago. Again: no feedback whatsoever.


Anyone else?

I'm sorry, but this basically is what you have been telling me for close to 4 months now.

It took you 3 weeks to respond to my initial request and around 3 months since I responded to this email with the respected information you've been asking for.

This can't be right.

Again, I get that supports is busy, but we're talking close to 4 months of nothingness by now.

...and everytime I post to this forum, I get the very same mod-response, telling me the very same things, lots to do, please be patient, etc.


I get "large number of support requests". I really do, but it's been close to 4 months now, this really can't be right.

I have the same issue with the support, I contacted them on 18.12. about an issue with my physical rewards.
1st response on 25.12. about confirming the ownership of the account (doesn't make much sense in this matter in my opinion, but whatever)

1st reminder sent on 13.2. - no response
2nd reminder sent on 21.2. - no response
3rd reminder sent on 28.2. - no response

2nd response on 3.3. about my request being forwarded to relevant team members to have a look into

4rd reminder sent on 16.3. - no response

I am kind of losing my patience over here, either nobody is responding, or they are not able to provide a specific and tangible answer what's going to happen and when, etc.
I just got a response and finally there is movement. I contacted them at about the same time as you like 21.12. I think, so you might be getting a response next month if thats their speed. They said I should be getting my goods in the next two weeks and they will have my support ticket active until I have received everything. So after that they will move on. But I'm just really happy that there are people working and there is hope for everyone here!
Still waiting too since January 4th was the last time they replied to me. I started my request on 28th November 2024. It's ridiculous.

Each of these reminders are resetting your place in the queue. Their backlog is indefensible, but you wouldn’t have to wait as long if you stopped sending the counterproductive bump emails.

Doesn't matter. I never replied to an email unless I got a response. I got just 1 response which was very quick(a day) asking for my details and then nothing. I'm waiting for almost 3 months now.

That doesn’t appear to have been the case for Darkforce9121#4578 - the person whom I had quoted and was responding to.
