How can I confirm a command line is actually working?

Hello!

I set up the --noasync command line to get rid of some stuttering.

While apparently it did improve things, I'm not sure if it is a placebo effect, since the game is installed in a SSD and I haven't noticed any increase in loading times at all, even though sometimes I still get some minor stuttering while moving around, especially in Kingsmarch.

I set the shortcut and command line like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PathOfExile.exe" --noasync

Are there any game files or anywhere in game or any other method to check if the noasync options is properly recognized by the game and effectively working?

Computer specs: GTX 4090, 9-9900K CPU @ 5.00GHz, 32GB RAM @ 3700mhz, G-sync On, VRR on, refresh rate @ 120hz.
Game Settings: DX12, Fullscreen, Locked Vsync, 2560x1440 resol, No Upscale, Triple Buffering Disabled, Multithreading On, AA Low, 16x AF, Shadows + GI On, everything else default.

Thanks!

Edit: typos.
Thank you, Pleasurebug.
