No longer have access to the game?
I have been unable to play the game for over 3 months now due to Support unlinking my Steam (At my request) to allow me to link it to a new PoE Account with a more suitable username. After linking it to the new account, I can no longer log in to the game. It tells me I need to purchase again but I already purchased 2 supporter tiers.
I've emailed support@grindinggear.com but I'm just not getting any answers. Again, it's literally been months. I just want to play the game and I'm getting no real help from support. I've tried and tried again. Please someone, help me fix this so I can enjoy the game again... Last bumped on Mar 24, 2025, 5:39:23 PM
