Stuttering, textures struggling to load, freezing for several seconds

I've been playing phrecia for a good while now with decent performance but yesterday I started having those problems mentioned in the title.

Loading screens take three times longer, textures and effects struggle to load and sometimes the game just freezes for many seconds. The freezes happen also when I open my stash so it's super annoying.

Any tricks I could try to fix this?
