Game crashes every 30-45 minutes without fail

These crashes are out of control. The game crashes every 30-45 minutes no matter what I am doing. Sometimes it crashes when I'm not even providing inputs to the game. Crashes in the hideout, crashes in maps, crashes in heavy combat, crashes while stepped away from the computer petting my dog.

This is not the loading screen locked fixed by PoeUncrasher. If I am not running that the game will lock within 2-3 loading screens and require a hard reboot of my machine to fix.

Looking at the dump file folder for the past few days it is literally every 30-45 minutes like clockwork.


This line appears in the log preceding every hard crash:
