PS5 not able to connect

After selecting my character (60 hours in) I sit at a load screen until I get the error “an unexpected disconnection occurred ” happens on all characters new and existing. Tried using an alternate account and loading the game up then switching back, tried making a new game on the alt account same issue. Iv restarted the game, deleted and reinstalled, checked my isp and all connections, still nothing. Has been ongoing all week everytime I try to log in.
