Failed to connect to instance

Hello, currently experiencing issues with loading into hideout + Maps

- im getting the error "Disconnect - Failed to connect to Instance"
this happens 50% of the time trying to enter a map, if it gives me the error msg i have to choose another gateway to connect and this will 100% allow me to enter the map

now leaving the map (porting out) will 100% give me the error again.

!!this happened after the bugged updates to steam servers yesterday, where i tried to verify interigty of the game files 3-4 times!!

Things i've tried to do
- Restart router
- restart pc
- set new firewall rules to allow poe 1 ports (router + pc firewall)
- verify interigty of game files (Steam)
- ran speed test 1000/1000 up/down
- Redownloaded path of exile (no changes)
