Im unable to direct whisper

The trade site says invalid query; your account must be in-game to use this feature. I'm logged in every time I try it, but have never been able to do it. The copy whisper seems to work but the item doesn't appear to link and I would like to be able to use direct.

You're not logged into the website on the same account you play on; that account has 0 characters, 0 achievements...
Log out of the site, then go to the log in page and sign in using the same credentials you use to play the game. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish.
