Cant enter the game

I can't log in to the game. When trying to log in, an error is sometimes displayed - an unexpected disconnection from the server has occurred. If I manage to log into the character and click play, the download to the location begins, but then an error is displayed - it was not possible to connect to the area. When trying to access the official POE 2 website, error 403 is displayed, access is denied.
