Can't join Kingsmarch / Legacy of Phrecia!!!

I cant join kingsmarch at all. This occured a few days ago before that everything was fine. I cleaned the shader cache, I followed the "General Troubleshooting Guide" and did all the things that were listed there but nothing helps. I even contact support@grindinggear.com but the responce was "Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources."

At this point I cant use Kingsmarch at all. Can anyone help with how to resolve this?
