FPS drop in different days of week

Hello. I have encountered a problem with a drop of around 30 FPS on certain days of the week. The following actions did not help:
1.Verify client's content(i play Steam client with DirectX12);
2.Clear client's cache;
3.Clear client's config files.

I have not changed the game settings, computer settings, graphics card drivers, or game server. It is not affected by the player's build, abilities, or key combinations, as I haven’t changed those either.

The computer components are:
Intel Core i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
ASUS NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
SSD Kingston SKC3000S1024G 1TB
Kingston DDR4 3733mhz KF437C19BB1AK2/32 32GB(2x16GB)
Ethernet Connection 100 mbps

On Wednesday (March 19, 2025), I had around 110 FPS, but on Thursday (March 20, 2025), it dropped to about 75 FPS. Bug report number 3 491 986 605 + bug report number 930 644 625. Please help me understand the reason for the varying FPS on different days, and how I can fix this issue?
