Duplicate stash tabs

Hi there, I know you folks are busy with ironing out issues, but for some reason, my stash seems to have duplicated special tabs.

Meaning, I purchased the special stash tab bundle (currencies, gems, etc.) and I got the special tabs, but all of them are duplicated. Which is a bit annoying to me.

You might be thinking "Hey, free tabs" but I don't really like to have multiples for basics, and I'm not such a prolific player that I'm ever going to need them repeated.

Could someone there take a look at it please? I'd appreciate it. Feel free to message me directly for details.
