No access for more than one month/no feedback from support

Hi,

I have no access to the game for more than one month as it now says that I have to purchase an early access.

You will have to explain how I managed to lvl up to 33 without one...

I sent 5 messages to Support, 1 every week. No feedback from them.

Please, Grindgear, handle my request, this is not a way to deal with early supporters.

My understanding of their system is that it will have grouped the messages from you into one ticket, and that it orders tickets based on the time & date of the most recent update.

So, essentially - each time you contact them, you reset your position in the queue.
