What's the fix for those constantly crashing?

I keep seeing random responses eluding to their being some update on windows that will fix the constant crashes, however I cant see anything that could be updated.

Getting maybe 50 crashes an hour, so pretty much unplayable. Looking like I chose the wrong league/event to return to the game lol, just hit maps and there's no shot I am dealing with this with portals lol.

If anyone has the same issue as me, literally spammed crashes for moving areas etc, loading in, going to highgate -

I spammed changed options on login till I found a fix.

Swapping to windowed only mode, and turning on the options to cap foreground and background fps seems to have fixed the issue (you just tick them on). Gone from approx 250 crashes over the past 2 days to perfect performance again and no crashes.

Hopefully it works for the few others stuck in the same situation.
