Lot Disappearing

Hello,

I'm experiencing a terrible issue, at the time that a monster drops the lot if I do not get it right away it will disappear leaving me with any chance to get it.

Could you please help me fix this? A lot in this game is very important, and with this issue, I won't be able to keep playing.
