Giga lagging Instances

Ive had this problem for years and always thought it was a problem on ggg. Since Phrecia this has become unplayable since its happening in almost every fkin instance and i read up on the issue and that it seems to be an issue with my isp. This is only happening in poe btw. Also happens in poe 2.

I ran the WinMTR protocol like the support advised in another thread and here ist the report:
