Horrible Desync/Lag. Cant figure out why

Hey, I've been experiencing terrible desync during the Phrecia event. I’ve never had this issue before—I’m playing on the same PC and using the same ISP. I also had no issues with PoE 2, but with Phrecia, the desync has been really bad, and I can't figure out why.

One thing I noticed is that the server pings on the login screen never match the in-game latency statistics. I play on the Singapore realm, and while the login screen shows 95ms, my in-game latency is 117ms.

Can anyone help me analyze it and check if I have packet loss? and if the trouble is from my side or the GGG?

Same here, no problem with my ISP or other games. It seems the servers are f***ed.

Update: Suddenly the desync has been fixed i have no idea how and why it got fixed.
