Yo... Even Discord is trying to shove PoE 2 down my throat?

Every time I log into PoE 1 with Discord in the background, I get a suggestion in the top left: "Want to stream PoE 2 to your friends?"
I've even often wondered if I should try PoE 2, wondering if it maybe has changed the things I despise about PoE 1. But this kind of annoying advertising makes me actively avoid the products, and so... here we are. Last bumped on Feb 12, 2025, 9:57:38 PM

"It is not an advertisement. Discord just doesn't know the difference between PoE 1 and PoE 2 yet. The Nvidia app had the same issue for a while. Also, it is asking you to stream because you have the Discord Overlay enabled. GGG isn't responsible for your third party app settings. Inform yourself. |
