Poe2 physical goods

Did anyone receive there physical goods that bought with the support packs?

been near 2 months since I put down for mine but GGG has yet to even mention any status regarding

all there support is not answering, got one reply to which they just refused to respond afterwards.

the reply received pointed out that they did not even receive the location that was filled in.

Looking at you Rajiv from GGG

I had to put down an extra 160usd for the goods even.

Why not ask in the POE2 forums?

I did, no response from there aswell.

but will give it another shot maybe with the current update that they did they might check the forums a bit more.

If you are genuinely wanting a reply from support, you're doing it wrong. Theres a 99.9% chance , they wont even look at your *forum* thread.

If its a real issue, email support. At least you'll get some response, at some time.

I did that aswell, they responded with asking me the details which was provided to them

after that they went silent again, been 2 weeks from that mail aswell.

so hopefully they will get back to the players in this regards

i did find a post from them addressing the response times regarding.

i will just wait and see.
