How can I get support??

I've placed my support ticket before Path of Exile 2 launched. I received a response and responded in a timely manner. Days go by with no response. Finally, another response from GGG, I replied with more info. Then weeks go by with no response...
Then the ticket seems to start over, and I have to walk through everything I already answered... Then no response it's now been 2.5 weeks with nothing.

I really don't understand. Can someone please help! My ticket has nothing to do with the game itself, just my account.
