Lost ability to summon minions

So im on ps5 and I lost the ability to summon. game says I have only 30 spirit on my witch but if I go to allocate spirit it says I have 148 and will let me allocate but will not allow any summons... this is game breaking for me as this is my fourth character and the only one I've liked so far.
