7800x3D CPU Spike

Hi,

So I have a 7800x3D. Since the release I have sometimes big spike that the game is unplayable and sometimes no spike.

No game chat, bla bla bla I tried a lot of thing.

I was able to play yesterday night with no spike at all and now today without any update or modification the game spike as hell. I can't even play with my friend or alone.

I am on Windows 11 23H2 because I reroll to it 1 week after to release because Windows 11 24h2 was worse (Hard frozen PC crash)

Just wondering if anyone have encountered this problem and be able to help me.
