Server crash during The King in the Mists encounter

Greetings. I encountered a very unpleasant situation. I was going to fight the boss of the ritual, but as soon as I got into the boss's area, the ping skyrocketed and the connection to the server was lost. As you know, after such cases, the portals in Hideout to the boss area are closed, and a consumable item that costs 9 divine orbs is lost forever. My PC runs stable and internet connection was fine during this event. Can I expect a currency refund, or is this "early access" and there are no currency refunds in your EA philosophy?
