Ps5 console trading issues

Hi
So I am having trading issues. I am on the console. I was trading fine before the patch now I can't even trade at all. I can send the whispered on the trading site and I can see it on the TV when I send it but the ppl shows up all offline and they can't join my party invite. Sames goes when I try to warp to them in chat box it's say cannot access player area. Is it possible to relink my ps5 to the trade site.
