Reforge glitch

There was a terrible glitch that deleted my super rare amulet that had a total of 34 plus 12 spirit I was in the reforge and unequipped my amulet and it just disappeared. It did not go to my inventory it just deleted it. I was wondering if there is anyway possible that someone from support can do something about this terrible glitch. I’m so sick right now I will probably never pick up that item ever again.
