Evasion, Energy Shield not calculating correctly in couch co-op console

Something seems to be messed up with first player with calculating the defense skills (evasion armour energy shield), the numbers are there, but they dont calculate correctly. I'm playing couch co-op with my wife on poe2 console and we both are rangers and have the same build and our gear is very similar but our evasion, the numbers are VASTLY different. And we've tried other pieces of gear and everything and it's just not calculating correctly same with energy shield and Armour. And it's not just the class either happens with other classes.
