Guild Quad Stash got Deleted on Accident

I just purchased a Guild Quad Stash tab and it accidentally got deleted, as there was no confirmation window that popped up. It was just gone. Please either refund the points/guild points or give me back my stash tab. Tab should never be deletable. This is so frustrating. This was for PoE2, by the way. (I can't find the PoE2 forums.)
