guild points not showing up in guild MTX

One of my guild members has donated points to the clan twice, 185points each time for a total of 370 points. I have the messages from the system showing that he has done so. The points are not showing up in the guild points in the guild MTX tab. is this a bug and if so, how can it be fixed? if not a bug and a system error. what can be done to resolve the issue?
