Hidden POE 2 characters

I can't select or view my POE 2 characters on the site. I know the characters are linked to this account because one of them shows up under the "Characters" section of the "Overview" tab, but when trying to go into the "Characters" tab, it only shows my POE 1 characters, with no option to select POE 2.
I also cannot pin the only character that shows up under "Characters" on the "Overview" tab. Is there a way to bypass this by eg. editing the URL to show the correct path instead of "/characters?realm=pc", if that path isn't the correct one? Eg. "/characters?realm=poe2"? Tons of people have this issue and I have yet to find a Reply from GGG. If anyone has found an official statement on this issue, will you share it? Or will Tech support respond to the dozen threads on it please?
