Missing 2 skill point from ACT 3 Cruel ( Sacrificial Heart side quest )

Hi,

On my map is says the quest is completed but still got a cross mark on it.
And if i hover over it it doesnt say " grants two weapon set passive skill points " If i run to the altar i see the heart . but no dagger and no interaction. My friend having the same issue. pls help

go thru act 3 portal and run to act 1 cruel town DO NOT go to act 1 cruel town with a simple teleport, you have to run from act 3 to act 1 cruel FIRST town then hop on that waypoint and then it should show the proper areas in act 3, try that
