Delirium passive Tree

My friends were explaining to me how delirium works and how to put it on the amulets but my passive tree does not show any delirium combinations when I inspect it like theirs do what should I do?

hold alt when hovering over passive or google "poe2 anoint list"

Tried that nothing was working but i logged off for a couple hours and then it worked for a little while
