Cant log in with email

Hi!
When i try to Connect my email to the ps5 inlogg her it says I have to verify the email first. Then I found out I have a registered email here from Poe 1 times [Removed by Support]. When I try to log in with it to connect psn to it instead it says I have to verify the email att that I should have gotten an email for it. I do not get any verification emails thought.
